Our small-batch Cuban Sriracha has been crafted utilizing a very meticulous 30 day fermentation process, traditional Thai Sriracha making methodologies, in small 10-30 gal fermentation units and thickened via good old-fashioned cooking… never any preservatives or thickeners (i.e. Xanthan Gum)… NEVER! Our Cuban Sriracha is made with produce from farms and fresh markets around Miami and Florida, maintaining a local as possible, fresh as possible and awesome as possible philosophy.
